A day among the ruins, Pompei and Herculaneum

Your private car and English speaking driver will pick you up at your hotel for transfer to Pompei,. a completely preserved wealthy city, World Heritage by UNESCO which impresses by its size, numerous wonderful houses, temples, public buildings, wall paintings, and thermal springs. In the year 79 A.D., Mount Vesuviuserupted burying  all living beings under huge amounts of mud and ash. Here you will meet your English speaking guide for a tour of the Roman ruins to include the Forum, ancient square , Porta Marina, the Terme Stabiane and finally the Villa dei Misteri, decorated with very fine frescoes . After Pompei you will continue to Herculaneum here you will visit the excavations which include the Terme, Casa Sannitica, and the Casa dell Atrio a mosaico.
