I recently used J&J for myself in Venice. Services booked: Airport transfer, half day private guide Doge's Palace, full day to Murano, Burano & Torcello with private boat and guide. Jeremy is very responsive and easy to work with. Guides were very good and the boat/captain for the full day tour were excellent with beautiful boat. I will be happy to use J&J for our luxury clients in the future. Others in our office have also received great reviews of J&J from clients.

My daughter's in-laws were celebrating their 50th Wedding Anniversary and took their family (8 Adults 4 Children) to Italy. Jeremy put together an amazing trip and filled any request they had. Unfortunately, they traveled during these challenging Airline Cancellations. Thank Goodness for Jeremy and his IMMEDIATE attention to assisting when I needed him. She had very high praise for the itinerary you put together for them. She really loved all the hotels and especially was pleasantly surprised to have rooftop and terrace options at a number of them. She was extremely complementary of all the guides; they were great and they in particular liked Simone in Florence. She had a great tip that got them into the Douro!!
