HOW IT ALL BEGAN
J&J Services Italy was founded by Jeremy Ross. Jeremy’s background is in the hospitality business. He acquired a Swiss hotel management diploma in 1993 and graduated from the famous William Harrah school of Hotel management. After graduating, he worked for the Ritz Carlton and Jefferson hotels in Washington D.C. In 1997 he decided it was time to move back to Italy, still continuing working in the business, and took part in the opening of the then Radisson SAS hotel managing an American restaurant. In 2000 Jeremy decided it was time to live the ‘Italian’ dream and founded J&J Services Italy
With J&J Services Italy Jeremy has combined his knowledge of luxury 5 star service, the understanding of a discerning and demanding clientele and his passion for Italy and Italian life. Jeremy has surrounded himself with support staff that believes in his service philosophy which has enabled J&J Services Italy to establish its excellent reputation.

J&J Services Italy,inc is a boutique destination management company based in Milan, Italy. We arrange a variety of customised travel services in Italy and the South of France. Our specialties are private tours, English speaking drivers, boat tours, wine and food tours and villa rentals.

Jeremy is noted for his strong entrepreneurial skills in the industry. tourism marketing, promotion and launching of new ideas and products are his forte.

Alessandro Paolo Sella

After obtaining a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in biology, Alessandro’s passion for traveling has brought him to pursue a career in tourism. Becoming a safari licensed guide in South Africa took him away for a brief period from his country of origin, Italy. Once back, he has been working in the tourism sector focusing on Italy and the South of France.

Graduated with Distinction from Sussex University, UK, in September 2021, earning a MSc Master’s degree. With a deep connection to Lake Como, Italy, she has worked in the tourism sector, promoting its splendour. Lake Como, nestled amidst the Italian Alps, captivates with its stunning scenery, serene waters, and charming villages. Angelica holds Como close to her heart for its timeless beauty and tranquil ambiance, making it her favorite destination in Italy.

Elena, after pursuing a Msc in Strategic Communication and a Master in Hospitality Management has spent over two years in the event management industry.
More recently she has decided to apply her relations and management skills in the tourism sector joining the J&JServices team.

I recently used J&J for myself in Venice. Services booked: Airport transfer, half day private guide Doge's Palace , full day to Murano, Burano & Torcello with private boat and guide. Jeremy is very responsive and easy to work with. Guides were very good and the boat/captain for the full day tour were excellent with beautiful boat.
